Prostate Cancer

Prostate Cancer is the most common Cancer in men. Because the incidence of Prostate Cancer increases with age, it is estimated to be present in 10% of men in their 50's. The most common and effective tool used in the diagnosis of Prostate Cancer, along with a digital rectal exam, is the Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA). When the PSA is elevated, the Prostate is biopsied to determine if Cancer is present. In order to obtain an insurance quote we would need the following information: date of diagnosis, what type of treatement was performed, what was the Stage, what was the Gleason score, has there been any evidence of recurrence and date and result of most recent PSA test. The answers to these questions would assist us in finding out if you would qualify for a plan and receive a tentative offer.
